Have you ever looked around at your life and thought, "Everything's fine... but something feels off"?
You haven't had a dramatic loss or hit rock bottom. But you're unsettled. Uninspired. Maybe even a little bored.
For years, your life has been about everyone else. You've cared for your kids, built a career, supported your partner, helped aging parents. You said "yes" to what others needed, wanted, expected.
And now... things are quieter. There's space. But instead of relief, you feel lost. Because when life slows down, you're left with a question you can't answer:
Who am I now?
You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re just out of practice.
If that’s you, here are 3 gentle questions to help you reconnect with yourself:
- What did I love when I was younger? Think back to your childhood or young adult years. What was your favorite color? What kind of music lit you up? Where did you feel most at peace? These clues matter.
- What fills me up vs. what drains me? Pay attention to how you feel after certain conversations, activities, or even scrolling sessions. Reconnection starts with awareness.
- If no one else's opinion mattered, what would I do today? This one’s big. Try answering it honestly — even if it feels silly or small. It's a step toward your voice.
Midlife doesn’t have to be a crisis. It can be a powerful season of rediscovery — but only if you’re willing to tune in and ask, “What do I want?”
If you’re not sure how to answer that yet, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I created The Midlife Roadmap for women just like you — women who are ready to stop going through the motions and start reconnecting with what brings them joy.
We start May 19. It’s the beta version — 10 weeks, half price, and full of real support.
